This kit detects multiple DNA methylation biomarkers in plasma circulating cell-free DNA by a real-time quantitative PCR assay to assess the risk of colorectal, gastric, or esophageal cancers with high sensitivity, high specificity and cost-effectiveness. For test-positive subjects, localization of lesions can be achieved by combined gastroscopy and colonoscopy examination.
